WHY SITETALK EXISTS
Project info shouldn’t get lost on site.
Construction decisions happen where the work happens. The record needs to move with the team and still be there when it matters later.
More than a decade working with construction software and hundreds of construction and building services companies revealed the same recurring problem: important messages, photos and decisions are scattered across channels.
We started SiteTalk to give every project one clear place for day-to-day communication and its record.
Built in Finland to keep information flowing and everyday work moving on site.
OUR MISSION AND VISION
Clear information keeps projects moving.
Our mission
We make the flow of information on site clearer and everyday work easier. We build around real customer needs, with usability at the heart of a tool teams want to use.
Our vision
To be the preferred way for construction teams to keep project information flowing clearly and naturally. When information moves with the work, projects move forward with less friction.
OUR VALUES
How we work.
Clarity first.
We create practical solutions people can use without a manual.
Keep it simple.
We focus on what we do well and avoid adding complexity for its own sake.
Trust comes first.
We promise only what we can deliver. We speak openly and do what we say.
